Why You Have to Change Your Game
So, I get up this morning and doing my usual routine. I’m sitting in my chair working on some projects when I get a phone call from one of our PeaceWalker Inner Circle members. He and I have been having some good discussions lately, largely because he’s enrolled in the PeaceWalker Evolution Course that’s going on right now. However… He wasn’t calling me about that… He was calling to give me kudo’s on my Over Forty 10x Health & Fitness Program that he said literally “Changed his Life!” |
He’s a Hard Charger |
He’s a former military guy, currently a reserve deputy sheriff. As well as a sales manager, and strong family man. He’s fit, especially for someone his age. Hey wait a minute, he’s MY age… In his early/mid fifties! He’s a big dude, strong guy, I’ve never seen him out of shape, but he was tired of getting injured and/or having the long recovery times after his workouts (probably designed for someone in their 20’s, because that’s the way he rolls!) |
Anyway… |
He just called to thank me and tell me how much he likes and has benefitted from that Over Forty 10x program. I told him I have to market it better, because although it’s not sexy, it works! |
Changing YOUR Game! |
When it comes to good training, you have to start changing your game when you reach (or are even close to) 40! When you start getting ‘longer in the tooth’ so to speak, you really have to: Know Your Why Determine why you are training in the first place, so you can set appropriate goals, expectations and action steps.
